Prizes
For both male & female events:
- 1st €70
- 2nd €60
- 3rd €50
Prizes above apply to each race: Duathlon & Triathlon
There are no prizes for the relay teams. Prizes may be cash or vouchers.
There must be a min of 10 people in Duathlon for male race & female race for prizes to be awarded.
Distances
Triathlon 750m swim, 10km off road bike, 5km off road run
Duathlon 2km trail run, 10km off road bike, 5km off road run
Cost of individual entry for Triathlon €40 and Duathlon €35. Relay team of 2 for Triathlon is €70.
Please Note: Unlike previous years you do not need to buy a One Day Licence for €15. This
is a change in an effort to keep entry costs down and allow mass participation. The event is
independently insured and once you enter you are covered. Easy!
If you are taking part in the Triathlon you must be able to swim the 750m distance and will
sign a waiver to acknowledge you can. Wet suits are compulsory.

What you get
Apart from the pleasure of taking on this mixed terrain course you also get:
- A t-shirt or a mug.
- Swim hat (if in Triathlon) and a race number
- A well deserved hot shower in Coral Park Leisure Centre.

Registration is located in the Coral Park Leisure Centre, Courtown Harbour.
